[TIPS] Cara Mengatasi Blackberry Nuked

Bagaimana jika tiba-tiba BlackBerry kita terjadi 'nuked' ?
Nuked adalah gejala BlackBerry kita secara terus menerus mengalami proses 'booting' secara berulang-ulang. Sehingga tidak kesempatan kita untuk lakukan proses 'wipe' atau 'reload firmware' ke BlackBerry . Sebab sebelum kita sempat untuk 'reload' BlackBerry sudah reboot (looping).

Apa yang menyebabkan 'nuked' ?

Normatifnya hal ini terjadi karena OS yang tidak stabil karena terdapat file yang hilang atau tidak lengkap. File hilang biasanya dikarenakan aplikasi pihak ketiga yang tidak kompatibel atau konflik. Biasanya BlackBerry ketika dinyalakan LED menyala, setelah itu berjalan sesaat dengan jam pasir dan mati kemudian nyala lagi.


Cara mengatasinya :
1. Download Flasher BlackBerry disini : Please Login or Signup to see this Hidden Link
2. Setelah itu extract Flasher ke Desktop PC anda
3. Sambungkan Device yg Nuked atau Bricked ke PC melalui kabel data. (untuk yg restart berulang2 sambungkanDevice tanpa Battery sampai masuk ke loader baru pasang kembali)
4. Jalankan Flasher dengan cara klik 2x Flashernya
5. Tunggu sampai Loader OS muncul (pastikan anda sudah menginstall OS yg ingin di load ke Device yg sekarat)
6. Centang applikasi sesuai kebutuhan (seperti load OS biasa)
7. Next saja seperti upgrade OS biasa

Atau bisa dengan cara berikut ini :
- Install OS yg akan diflash ulang ke BB (jgn lupa menghapus file vendor.xml (biasanya ada di c:\program files\common files\research in motion\apploader)
- Jalankan dulu Loader.exe (lokasinya sama seperti vendor.xml diatas) sampai muncul windownya yg ada kolom PIN, letakkan kursor mouse pada posisi tombol "Next"
- Pastikan BB dalam keadaan off dan batre tidak terpasang (tapi letakkan di tempat yg dekat supaya bisa segera dipasang begitu proses flashing berhasil dimulai)
- Konek BB ke kabel data yg terhubung ke PC/Lappie
- Perhatikan window loader, begitu muncul tulisan pin segera tekan tombol next (jangan khawatir bila gagal, prosesnya bisa diulang dengan mencabut BB dan kemudian konek kembali ke kabel data)
- Begitu proses flashing berhasil dimulai, segera pasang batre dan covernya karena segera setelah flashing selesai BB akan restart jadi kalau tidak dipasang batrenya otomatis gagal.

Cara Install Apps / Themes

#1 File² yg akan anda jumpai : .zip .rar .7z .alx .jad .cod
File : .zip .rar .7z (selanjutnya disebut zip) → extract dgn winzip/winrar/7zip
File : .COD → Compiled Java Code (ini adalah inti dr apps/themes)
File : .JAD → Java Application Descriptor
File : .ALX → BlackBerry Application Loader file.

Dalam tiap Apps/themes biasanya terdapat minimal** 1 .cod + 1 .alx / 1 .jad
**artinya bisa lebih dr 1 .cod dan bahkan bs sampai puluhan .cod untuk sebuah themes

Cara Install :
a. jika file yg didownload berupa file ALX dan file² COD :
Gunakan DM - Application Loader - Pilih : Add/Remove Apps → browser ke folder tempat file ALX & COD tersimpan
(pastikan BB terhubung dgn DM & file ALX + COD berada dalam 1 folder)

b. jika file yg didownload berupa file JAD dan file² COD :
Copy file JAD + (semua file) COD ke sdcard BB
(pastikan file JAD + COD berada dalam 1 folder)
Lalu (pd BB) buka MEDIA → Explore → browse ke folder yg td anda copy dan cari file JAD → buka file tsb & pilih download, maka apps/themes akan terinstall di BB.

c. jika file yg didownload hanya file JAD :
Artinya link yg anda klik adalah link OTA, silahkan download link tsb dr BB, jika ingin download link OTA dr PC, silahkan baca info dibawah ini.


#2 OTA = Over The Air → jika ada tulisan OTA, ARTINYA : Link tersebut bisa didownload langsung dari BB Browser. Jika didownload dr PC biasanya anda akan mendapatkan hanya file .jad nya saja.

LED Error Code

Kode kedipan lampu LED pada saat awal loading blackberry menunjukkan suatu nilai biner yang menginformasikan pesan dari bootROM. Kode ini ditampilkan dalam bentuk kedipan lampu led berwarna merah,
biner 1 ditunjukkan dengan nyala kedip (lampu merah) sedangkan biner 0 ditunjukkan dengan tidak nyalanya led (off). Apabila led menyala secara kontinyu, ini merupakan pesan sedang melakukan security wipe, apabila led menyala kontinyu tidak pada saat melakukan security wipe, ini mengindikasikan adanya kerusakan hardware.

* 1 : Bukan problem, kode ini adalah normal saat restart
* 11 : Tidak ada sistem operasi di dalam blackberry, lakukan reload sistem operasi dengan MFI

* 101 : Bad OS CRC
* 111 : Missing OS CRC
* 1011 : Missing OS Trailer
* 1101 : OS Not Signed, coba loading OS kembali

Java.Lang Uncaugh Exeptions
Error yg disebabkan 1 module Java (COD) OS
Disebabkan module corupted, hilang ato salah versi.
Umum terjadi di hybrid OS, karena ga masuk dependency-nya

Tanda-tanda:
-Error "Java.Lang" pada layar bb
-Tercatat/traced dalam Event Log Viewer (alt + LGLG) dengan tulisan tebal (bold).

Solusi:
-Bila disebabkan karena aplikasi, uninstall aplikasi tersebut.
-Reload/upgrade/downgrade OS
For ADVANCE : Perlu pengertian/pembacaan code error dalam event log terlebih dahulu untuk tau module mana yg salah/rusak/hilang
Ganti module tersebut dengan inject

Nuked
Sifatnya software (OS), jadi bb ga bisa booting (masuk menu sempurna)
Karena JVM (java virtual machine) gagal memproses semua module yg diperlukan buat start-up

Sebab:
Rusak/corupted-nya module OS
Salah versi aplikasi
Salah hapus module (manual shrink keliru)

Tanda-tanda Nuked:
BB looping booting, ga bisa booting dengan sempurna.
Proses booting terus berulang tanpa hasil sampe batre habis ato JVM error

JVM apa tanya mbah gugel saja

Sebab:
-Penuhnya ROM (FM 0mb) jadi ga ada ruang gerak buat JVM
-Kecepatan CPU/prosesor dan ruang RAM tidak memadahi untuk memproses data.
-BB terlalu panas/overhead krn sebab external (over-charge, dijemur dll)
-kurangnya daya batre (bocor, loyo, low-batt)
